I bought this journal from Kikki-k, not really knowing much about it. Obviously I had a hunch from the name of it, but how to use it exactly, and whether I was actually going to use it, was my issue.
When it comes to new notebooks/journals I get so scared to break the ice with them, I'm sure I'm not alone there.
Adding the first thing to a brand new notebook/journal can be nerve wracking.

This journal in particular, I was kinda super nervous about. I think the fact that I'd bought it from Kikki-k (An Australian company), didn't help, because I knew if I buggered it up, then I couldn't just buy a new one. Anyone who's from the UK, and has bought from Kikki-k before, will know where I'm coming from with the customs charges and everything!
I don't think Kikki K sell this exact journal anymore, they do have this one which is similar.
Alternatively you could always make your own dream journal in this style, you just have to find a journal or notebook, split it into four sections and you are good to go!

Turquoise Triangle Washi Tape
Date Stamp & The big day stamp (From a Heidi Swapp set, can't find a link)

I started out by decorating some of the introduction pages, and the sections which were there to help you fill in the journal. I stuck with the basics, adding washi tape and die cuts! This started the ball rolling, now something had been added to it, it made it a lot easier to start journaling (It's silly how the brain works like that right?).
The journal starts off with a few little pages to 'work through' so you can get an idea of where your dreams focus towards, and I suppose to kinda get the cogs going in your head, to make it easier to fill the rest in.
The rest is then split into four sections, for 1 year, 3 year, 5 year and 10 year dreams!
There's also a dream index at the front where you make a list of all your dreams and goals.
The different sections are so you can plan towards these dreams/goals in more detail.
When I add a dream I will decorate it with washi and stickers. I also make sure to add the same date stamp at the top, so I know when it was added to the journal. I don't write a ton, I just sum up how I'm feeling about the dream/goal right now and brief out how I'm going to reach it.
I also make sure to leave a space at the bottom of the page so I can add some journaling when I've reached the dream/goal. When the journal is complete I think it will nice to be able to flick through it and see how I was feeling when I first added the dream, and also how I was feeling on the day of completion.
